- Follow-ups: we check in with each other on what we got gone, what we struggled with, and what we wanted to be accountable to do
- HOT SEATS: THIS is the CORE of any mastermind—having a chance to get real-time help for YOUR business! These will rotate each meeting—3 women will get a chance to be in the hot seat and discuss whatever she needs help with, wants feedback on, or needs ideas for. This is the most powerful part of the mastermind experience where YOU get help for YOUR specific business.

ELITE is a peer-to-peer mastermind, not a coaching program.
Every woman brings real business experience, expertise, ideas, and perspective to the room.
I facilitate the conversation, ask questions, keep hot seats focused, and make sure every woman has a voice, but the real power comes from the collective wisdom and experience of the women in the group.
ELITE is a six-month commitment.
That gives the group time to build trust, understand each other’s businesses, develop stronger relationships, and have deeper, more useful conversations over time.
Consistent attendance and active participation are important because the strength of the mastermind depends on the women showing up for one another.
ELITE groups are intentionally small, with up to 9 women.
Each group is carefully curated to create a strong mix of experience, perspective, industries, and personalities where every woman can both contribute and receive meaningful value.
ELITE members have opportunities to share their expertise through ELITE-only teaching opportunities.
They also receive priority consideration for speaking at WISE WOMEN conferences, panels, workshops, guest trainings, and community features.
These opportunities are an added benefit of ELITE, but specific speaking opportunities are not guaranteed.
