WISE WOMEN Power Circles are small, in-person mastermind groups designed for depth, not volume.
Each group includes 6–9 women and runs for a 3-month quarter
We meet:
- 3 weeks per month
- 2 hours per session
Each meeting is structured so that everyone both contributes and receives value:
- Share wins from the previous week
- Set clear goals for the week ahead
- Learn from a short, peer-led training
- Spend focused time in hot seat conversations, working through real business challenges
Over time, something shifts.
You’re no longer explaining your business from scratch.
You’re building on conversations that have already started.

It is a commitment: 2 hours, three times a month.

Agenda for each meeting (2 hours):
- Everyone shares their wins for the week
- Follow-ups: we check in with each other on what we got gone, what we struggled with, and what we wanted to be accountable to do
- Mini-training from one of our group members
- HOT SEATS: THIS is the CORE of the mastermind… having a chance to get real-time help for YOUR business! These will rotate each meeting… 3 women will get a chance to be in the hot seat and discuss whatever she needs help with, wants feedback on, or needs ideas for. This is the most powerful part of the mastermind experience where YOU get help for YOUR specific business.
- Key Take-Aways: what did you hear? what epiphanies did you have? What are you going to do next? What are your personal commitments?
- Weekly Focus Goal: what will you be working on this week to move you toward your quarterly goal?
The key difference between a mastermind group and a coaching program is that a mastermind group is peer-driven, where all members contribute their ideas, experience, expertise and insights to help each other grow.
A mastermind is a collective exchange of wisdom, with no single person acting as the only authority. (Mastermind groups have a facilitator to help guide the group and be sure everyone is heard).
In a WISE WOMEN Mastermind group, we all share experiences, challenges and solutions to whatever questions come up. In contrast, a coaching program typically follows a more formal structure and specific curriculum, led directly by the coach. The coach sets the agenda and training.
Power Circles are $147 a month (or $399 for the quarter).
The value isn’t just in the meetings.

You are free to cancel anytime. I hope you stay for the 3-month commitment, but if you really feel like you need to cancel before that, it’s not required that you stay. That’s not how I run my business or these groups. I want people who truly want to experience the power of masterminds, and I would never want someone in a group who doesn’t want to be there.
