- WISE WOMEN GROWTH masterminds are intentionally small with 8-10 women
- Groups meet 3x a month over Zoom for 2 hours
- Meetings are recorded in case you need to miss a week

Agenda for each meeting (2 hours):
- Everyone shares their wins for the week
- Follow-ups: we check in with each other on what we got gone, what we struggled with, and what we wanted to be accountable to do
- Mini-training from one of our group members
- HOT SEATS: This is the core of any mastermind: having a chance to get real-time help for YOUR business! These will rotate each meeting: 3 women will get a chance to be in the hot seat and discuss whatever she needs help with, wants feedback on, or needs ideas for. This is the most powerful part of the mastermind experience where YOU get help for YOUR specific business.
- Key Take-Aways: What did you hear? What epiphanies did you have? What are you going to do next? What are your personal commitments?
The key difference between a mastermind group and a coaching program is that a mastermind group is peer-driven, where all members contribute their ideas, experience, expertise and insights to help each other grow.
A mastermind is a collective exchange of wisdom, with no single person acting as the only authority. (Mastermind groups have a facilitator to help guide the group and be sure everyone is heard).
In a WISE WOMEN Mastermind group, we all share experiences, challenges and solutions to whatever questions come up. In contrast, a coaching program typically follows a more formal structure and specific curriculum, led directly by the coach. The coach sets the agenda with defined milestones.
Mastermind member commitments if you participate:
- Attendance: you are committing to attend three times a month. I get that we all have lives, vacations, etc (that’s not a problem). However, we want those who are committed to coming regularly, where missing is the exception and not the rule.
The groups are small on purpose, but that also means everyone needs to participate. - 6 months: you don’t have to be in a group forever, but I do ask that you commit to at least 6 months so everyone gets a chance to really know each other and their businesses and we can set goals and see progress.
- Be kind. We all want ideas and feedback, and sometimes the feedback will be honest and not what the other person wants to hear—that is to be expected at times. Sometimes we all need hard truth. However, there are ways you can do this and be kind.
- Confidentiality: unless you have specific permission (or it’s to promote another business), please don’t share anything outside of the group. We want this to be a safe space to share, ask for help, and open up about any struggles you may be having so we can truly help you.
GROWTH groups are intentionally small and include up to 10 women.
That gives you enough different perspectives to create valuable conversations while still allowing the women in the group to really know each other and their businesses.
No.
Those things can help indicate business stage, but they don’t tell the whole story.
We also consider your professional experience, what you’ve already built, what you’re working on now, what kind of support you need, and what you can contribute to the women around you.
You are free to cancel anytime. I hope you stay for the 6-month commitment, but if you really feel like you need to cancel before that, it’s not required that you stay. That’s not how I run my business or these groups. I want people who truly want to experience the power of masterminds, and I would never want someone in a group who doesn’t want to be there.
New groups are open quarterly.
While it’s the most beneficial to stay in the same group for 6 months (as you will have a chance to really get to know each other), you are welcome to change to a different group at the start of a quarter if there are openings.
GROWTH isn’t a promotional or lead-generation group.
You’ll naturally talk about your business, share your expertise, and build relationships with women who may eventually become clients, referral partners, collaborators, or advocates.
But inside GROWTH, the focus is on helping each other build stronger businesses, not pitching each other.
As part of your GROWTH mastermind membership, WISE Connections Community is included, and you’re encouraged to participate there too. That’s where members can promote offers, share events and resources, connect with more women, and let others know how they can work with them.
