Hot seats are the heart of the mastermind. Three women each meeting receive dedicated time to bring a real business question, challenge, decision, opportunity, or idea to the full group.
RISE is a peer-to-peer mastermind, not a group coaching program.
There isn’t one person at the front of the room telling everyone how to grow her business.
Every woman contributes her experience, ideas, expertise, and perspective.
I facilitate the group, ask questions, and help the conversations go deeper, but the collective wisdom in the room is the strategy.
Your separate monthly one-on-one call with me gives you additional focused support around your specific business.
RISE is $297 a month for a 6-month cohort.
That includes four hours of peer masterminding each month, a dedicated hot seat once a month, and a 30-minute monthly strategy call with April focused entirely on YOUR goals.
Many women spend more than that on a single coaching session… without the accountability, the peer strategy, or the room behind them.

The goal isn’t simply to fill a seat. It’s to build the strongest room possible.
Once a month, you’ll have a focused 30-minute one-on-one call with me.
Before the call, you’ll complete a short form so I know what you most want to accomplish during our time together.
Then we get straight to work.
You can use that time to think through a decision, offer, system, opportunity, leadership issue, next move, or something that’s keeping you stuck.
The goal is for you to leave with clarity and an action you can move forward on.

Revenue and years in business can help us understand your business stage, but they don’t tell the whole story.
We also consider your professional experience, business experience, the traction you’ve created, the decisions you’re making now, and what you can contribute to the women around you.
Someone who is newer to entrepreneurship but brings significant corporate, leadership, or professional experience may be a strong fit for RISE.
RISE works because every woman contributes.
Members are expected to:
- Attend consistently
- Come ready to participate
- Share experience and ideas generously
- Ask good questions
- Be willing to receive candid feedback
- Follow through on commitments
- Respect confidentiality
- Support and challenge the women around them
You don’t have to know everything (that’s the point of being in this room… everyone shares knowledge)…
But you do need to bring something to the room, your expertise, your questions, and your wisdom!
RISE isn’t a promotional or lead-generation group.
You’ll naturally talk about your business, share your expertise, and build relationships with women who may eventually become clients, referral partners, collaborators, or advocates.
But inside RISE, the focus is on helping each other build stronger businesses, not pitching each other.
As part of your RISE membership, WISE Connections Community is included, and you’re encouraged to participate there too. That’s where members can promote offers, share events and resources, connect with more women, and let others know how they can work with them.
